• We may refuse printmaking jobs that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside craft at the studio — including rush asks that skip curing or test time.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Wed–Sat 11:00–19:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via enquiries@this site so the slot can reopen.

Risk of loss for items left overnight at the desk, Haifa 31000 transfers back at pickup; keep your ticket stub ending 3670.
